Ferienworkshop «Soundwalk»
Children and young people present their own audio stories, which were created as part of the «Soundwalk» workshop. The presentation is the result of an intensive examination of the question of how sound can be used to tell stories. The participants recorded and edited their own sounds and noises and composed them into audio stories that the audience can discover on a guided audio walk through the rooms of the Gare du Nord.
The workshops of the «Bild & Ton» specialist group offer insights into the combination of artistic and technological forms of expression. In mostly one-week courses, children and young people develop their own works - from the initial idea to practical implementation. In the process, they acquire basic knowledge and skills in areas such as audio production, storytelling, sound design and digital editing.
The workshop takes place in cooperation with K'Werk Bildschule bis 16, SfG Basel and Musikschule Basel.
