Vom Klang der Schatten (Sound of the Shadows)

Adelheid Kreisz's puppets are burlesque and whimsical, touching and vulnerable, graceful, enchanting or rough, and she uses them to tell fables, fairy tales and myths from world literature, playing with light and shadow, sound and movement. The poetic shadow play is embedded in musical miniatures and finds resounding counterparts that create images and stories in the mind.
