«Empreintes» plays with the ambiguity of the French word: trace, imprint and fingerprints. The project, which comprises two independent but complementary new works for amplified percussion, revolves around the ideas of resonance, instrumental gesture and sonic identity.
Rebecca Kressley & Jeanne Larrouturou «T.T.B.D.» for tam-tam, bass drum and amplification (With the support of the university Mozarteum Salzburg).

The performance of this work plays with the ambivalence of subtlety in percussion, drawing attention to listening as a process that is simultaneously ordering and disorienting. «T.T.B.D.» approaches resonance as a matter of ecstatic excess in creative production and performance through experiments with unpredictability, feedback, tension and focus.
Sébastien Vaillancourt «Raisonnance» for percussion, motion sensors and electronics.
«As a child, I thought that the words «reasoning» and «resonance» were related, as if understanding an idea, i.e. «reasoning», consisted in making something resonate in one's mind. This idea is realised in a musical work by making resonating bodies vibrate in different ways around a central idea. Materially, Jeanne will use some percussion elements (cymbals, snare drum, etc.) and motion sensors on her fingers so that she is able to control the live processing of the sound. Several microphones record the sound and process it through digital means.»
