Jannik Giger has been working closely with the two versatile musicians and performers Noëlle-Anne Darbellay and Samuel Stoll for many years. For «Friendly Takeover 2» he curates a programme consisting of solo and duo works. The performative works are juxtaposed with video works.

Biography
Jannik Giger (*1985) is a composer and video artist. His compositions are received internationally in music, film and art contexts, including Wigmore Hall London, Festival Ultraschall Berlin, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, National Centre for the Performing Arts Beijing, Theater Basel. He works with the soloist ensemble Ka-leidoskop, Arditti Quartett, the Mondrian Ensemble and Basel Sinfonietta, among others. Jannik Giger has received various scholarships and was awarded the Förderpreis für Musik des Kantons Solothurn in 2013. → jannikgiger.ch
