The concert has to be cancelled due to illness.
Somewhere between pop, folk and jazz, Jelena Goldzycher creates her compositions with a melancholy and stubborn sound to her own lyrics. The intricately composed songs develop an atmospheric pull that leads the listener into a world of sound all of their own. The focus is on vocals and lyrics that range from love songs to friendship, to pessism about the future, to dead houseplants.
The minor inconvenience orchestra is an 11-piece ensemble consisting of four singers, violin, cello, saxophone, trumpet, piano, bass and percussion.
Jelena Goldzycher (composition, voice); Linda Lienhard (voice); Nina Schaad (voice); Lewi Kleeb (voice); Marion Mühlestein (piano); Isabella Leitherer (violin);
Victor Mériaux (cello); Lea Scherer (bass); Rachid Freudemann (trumpet); Carlos Dill (saxophone, flute); Bérénice Keller (percussion)
